Cobia and Big Red Drum

Charles Southall and myself went out yesterday afternoon with Capt. Jorj Head, (757) 262-9004. We started out sight-fishing for cobia inside the 4th island of the CBBT. We saw 4 (a pair and two singles). We caught a 47-inch fish. Another looked like it ate the eel but it did not come tight. Clouds moved in and made it difficult to see the fish. We met up with 16-year-old Hunter Southall in his new Maycraft and got some drum bait from them. We ran over to the buoy 8/10 area where we watched Jorj catch some big red drum (Charles and I have already caught plenty of drum this year so we just kept Jorj on the rod).
