Rockfish Sunday

Today, we fished in a couple different boats. Wes Blow took Chris Boyce (who is home for the holidays). They hooked up two fish first thing, catching one of them. Chris’ fish weighed in at 41 pounds. I went in Charles and Hunter Southall. After two days of fishing, I was happy that Charles picked a later start time than normal…until I found out that Wes and Chris had caught their fish before we had even gotten over there. We had to wait until the end of the day for our bite but it was a nice one. Charles’ fish was 50 inches long but thin, weighing in at 43.5 pounds.
