Did a little tog fishing this afternoon. Fished Back River Reef. Caught a tog with a tag already in it. Tagged and released a half-dozen more.

Caught some tautog in the bay yesterday. Not a hot bite, but steady. Did have something big break me off after a lot of drag pulling. Expect it was a big drum.

Ran to Back River Reef this morning. Caught a black drum. Lost my wreck anchor. Came home. Shrimping has been good from my dock.

Good tog bite in the bay this morning. Kept a limit, tagged and released others.

Ran out and caught a big sheepshead. Came back and ate the sheepshead. The bait got eaten also. There may have been some beer involved. Good day.
