Playing Hooky

Both of our hygienist were off today. My practice coordinator said that I could take the day off also and go fishing. Off to the Triangle Wrecks I ran. The tautog were really aggressive today. I did catch of few sea bass but it was mostly a tog bite as soon as I got down to the wreck. This lasted for about 3 hours of non-stop action. The fish averaged in the 18-20 inch range with only a few under 16 inches. I kept a limit of fish from 19 to 23 inches long, tagged and released others, and caught 3 fish that had already been tagged. The forecast looks good for tomorrow…I don’t think that I can get away with playing hooky again.
