Jerry Thrash<\/p>\n<p>Queens Creek Outfitters<\/p>\n<p>Patriot Charters<\/p>\n<p>804-725-3889<\/p>\n<p>www.queenscreek.com<\/p>\n<p>Jerry@queenscreek.com<\/p>\n<p>Fishing Report 7.19.10  <\/p>\n<p>Flounder  cooperated for some anglers fishing  in the Buoy 42  and Cell areas this week.<\/p>\n<p>Small spadefish are available at the Cell and at Wolftrap Light.  <\/p>\n<p>The croaker bite  is moving into the bay.  #2 spot  are being caught off Gwynn Island, Butlers Hole and the Spike. <\/p>\n<p>Schools of small tailor blues  are everywhere in open waters and can be trolled up at 3-5 knots.   <\/p>\n<p>Spanish Mackerel have arrived and can be caught trolling Clark spoons or small Drone spoons at 6-8 Kts vicinity of Windmill Point bar south to Wolftrap Light.<\/p>\n<p>Cobia continue to be caught around New Point Light and on York Spit and we weighed one caught near Buoy 42 on Friday. <\/p>\n<p>Shallow water fishermen continue to catch a mixed bag of spot, croaker, sea mullet and small flounder.<\/p>\n<p>Catch of the week for this Citation Sheepshead goes to Alvin J. McGlohn, Jr. of Gloucester. The fish weighed 10 lbs, 0 oz, and was 22.25&#8243; long.  It was caught July 18 on a minnow off Back River Reef at Fox Hill.  <\/p>\n<p>Eddie Berry of Williamsburg landed this 44 lbs., 8 oz cobia at Buoy 42 on Friday, July 16.
