Erskine of Kilmarnock and Dr. Ken Neill of Seaford to the board of the Virginia Marine Resources Commission.  Mr. Erskine is a past-president of the Virginia Seafood Council and a scientist with a long record of success in the oyster aquaculture industry.  Dr. Neill is a dentist who has achieved master angler status for his many accomplishments as a saltwater recreational angler.  Their terms are for four years.
