Water temps are about 70 degrees in the rivers and creeks and are near that in the Bay. <\/p>\n
The spot bite has been good at the Spike, the Mudhole and off Gwynn Island in 25-30 feet of water. There are mullet and gray trout mixed in. <\/p>\n
Speckled trout have shown up in the Piankatank this week and have continued to bite in the Ware Neck area.<\/p>\n
Live spot are working for stripers on structure as are jigs with gulp tails.<\/p>\n
